This process of preparation can take up to an hour, even before your session starts. Before your appointment you are guided to write down what you wish to work on during your session. You may also wish to submit this information on the client information form you fill out when you schedule your session.
There will be no recording of the hypnosis session, as the healing is complete once the session is concluded. There is no further need to listen to the session again.
The intuitive reading portion of the session will be recorded and a link sent to you afterwards. Please make sure to download and save your session. All recordings will be deleted within 48 hours.
