Reiki is a form of energy healing, created by Dr. Usui in Japan in the early 1920’s, and involves a practitioner using their hands to channel the "universal life force energy” which is also known as Chi, Qi and Prana. Blockages, or a poor flow of this energy, are believed to cause physical, emotional and mental body issues, while a balanced flow is essential for health.

Quantum Healing is a concept that suggests that consciousness can influence the flow of information between cells and organs, and a person's attitudes and beliefs can directly affect their well-being. The goal is to balance and align our energy field and bodies to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. By cultivating a positive mindset, coupled with the flow of “universal life force energy” or Chi, a person can address the energetic imbalances that are at the root of illness.
